ORDERS

  • PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

  • All in stock products will be shipped in 1-3 working days.
  • Please complete the payment within 12 hours after placing the order. 
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email/SMS (including promotional/spam box) after payment confirmed, please send us a Instagram DM to ensure whether the order was successfully placed.

  • PRE-ORDER

  • Pre-order products take around 7-21 working days to deliver (Depends on Inventory from wholesale)
  • All orders are non-refundable. If the shipment of wholesale delay, we will notify you as soon as possible
  • In case of out of stock, we will arrange refund for the product

  • PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept PayMe / FPS / ATM payments. Please screen cap the receipt and send us a Instagram / WhatsApp  to complete the order.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All product dimensions are measured manually, 1-3cm differences is normal and depends on the measurement ways and the elasticity of the fabric.
  • Returns/refunds will not be offered under normal circumstances.
  • Please consider carefully and refer to the product measurement before placing an order.
  • If you find any damage/deficiency when receiving the products, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • DELIVERY

  • Worldwide shipping - all shipped by SF Express

  • For HK Customers:

  • Free Shipping on single order over HKD $1500. If some items in the order need to pre-order, will be pending to ship after all items arrive. If you need to send them separately, please send us a Instagram / WhatsApp and bear the responsibility for additional shipping charges.
  • SF express freight collect will be arranged for order under HKD $1000 (including SF Station, SF locker and door-to-door services)
  • If you need to combine the shipment of orders, please immediate notify us manually and the requests for shipping fee refunds will not be accepted.
  • For Macau/Taiwan Customers:

  • Free Shipping on single order over HKD $1500
  • SF express freight collect will be arranged for order under HKD $1500
  • Other Overseas Customers:

  • We accept overseas orders arranged by SF express freight collect. Customers need to pay all customs duties and shipping fee.
  • Please check related local information as taxes and fees may vary from different region.
